What did you do after Mayfield?
I went to the School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies in London, then did Photography. Got married and moved back to HK. Then I was involved in many different fields: Freelance Photography, Garments, Interior Design, Volunteer/Philanthropic work in various Arts, Music, Charitable organisations. Published 4 cookbooks to benefit charities.
Who was your greatest influence at Mayfield?
Sr Philomena - she was my first Housemistress at St Michael's when I left home in Hong Kong for the first time. She was very kind and made sure I felt at home. I think she left Mayfield after my second year but left a deep impression.
Your best memory of Mayfield?
Playing Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven in 6th form Mass in our Chapel
Where are you now?
I now live in Hong Kong and I am currently Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, a non-profit multi arts organisation. I am married and we have three grown up sons and a daughter in law.
Advice you’d give to your younger self?
Never give up, believe in yourself and always do your personal best.
